Fashion retailer H&M has announced a collaboration with Indian designer Anamika Khanna, set to launch in September. The collection features Khanna’s signature style, blending eclectic glamour with contemporary tailoring and luxe loungewear.
For women, the collection includes draped skirts, kaftans with asymmetrical hemlines, and silk pyjama ensembles. Men’s offerings feature traditional cuts reimagined with graphic prints and sportswear shapes. The line also includes jewelry crafted from reclaimed metal and made locally in India.
Khanna emphasized the collaboration’s goal of making Indian fashion globally relevant and modern. H&M’s Ann-Sofie Johansson praised Khanna’s designs for their fluid silhouettes and intriguing prints, combining traditional and graphic elements.
