Four top Indian space technology companies—Kawa Space, Azista Industries, Kepler Aerospace, and Dfy Graviti—have united to establish the Bharat Space Collective (BSC). This groundbreaking initiative aims to revolutionize space technology and address global challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Kris Nair, Chairman of BSC and Founder of Kawa Space, highlighted the collective’s focus on collaboration over competition, emphasizing that pooling expertise will drive innovation and elevate India’s global space reputation. The BSC will build on ISRO’s philosophy, developing solutions across sectors such as maritime security, agriculture monitoring, and infrastructure.
Navneet Singh, CEO of Kepler Aerospace, outlined the BSC’s core products, including advanced space-powered technologies and sensors. Adithya Kothandhapani of Dfy Graviti noted that the collective will tackle critical issues in maritime, energy, and natural resources sectors through innovative solutions and collaborative efforts.
