Adani Airports Holdings Ltd (AAHL) has launched a new digital platform, aviio, designed to revolutionize the airport experience for passengers and stakeholders alike. The platform provides real-time updates on various aspects of airport operations, including security checks, wait times, gate changes, and baggage tracking.
With aviio, AAHL aims to streamline airport management across its seven operational airports and an additional one slated for mid-2025. The platform integrates with all airport stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and retail partners, enhancing situational awareness and operational efficiency.
Arun Bansal, CEO of AAHL, highlighted that aviio will transform passenger journeys and improve operational capabilities by offering a comprehensive Smart Airport Operations System. The platform, also known as the Airport Planning and Operation Centre (APOC), is designed to support data-driven decision-making with advanced features and workflows.
The initiative is part of AAHL’s broader digital transformation strategy, which includes investments in AI, IoT, robotics, and other cutting-edge technologies to create a next-generation airport ecosystem. This move is expected to boost operational efficiency, customer experience, and sustainability.
