Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor recently delighted fans with a touching revelation about her family during a promo for India’s Best Dancer Season 4, where she is a judge. In the clip, Karisma affectionately referred to her family, saying, “Bebo (Kareena Kapoor Khan) is my first daughter… I would say I have five kids: Bebo, my two children, and Kareena’s boys, Taimur and Jeh.”
In a behind-the-scenes video, Karisma reflected on her career and personal growth. “As an artist, we have to keep growing. I think kabhi bhi esa koi bhi time nahi tha ki maine socha ki I am a good dancer. Hamesha wo bhook thi ki mai next acha kya karun? I hope mera ye dance hit ho jaye. It was always striving to do better,” she said, emphasizing her dedication to her craft. “Jo bhi main hun, it’s honestly my mazdoori… ham bahut hard work karte the,” she added, acknowledging her hard work and perseverance.
India’s Best Dancer 4 also features Geeta Kapur and Terence Lewis as judges. The show airs on Sony TV.
Karisma, the daughter of actors Randhir Kapoor and Babita, is the younger sister of Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is married to actor Saif Ali Khan. Karisma was previously married to industrialist Sunjay Kapur, with whom she has a daughter, Samaira, and a son, Kiaan. The couple divorced in 2016
On the professional front, Karisma made her acting debut in 1991 with Prem Qaidi and has since starred in numerous hit films, including Dil To Pagal Hai, Hum Saath Saath Hain, and Raja Hindustani. Her most recent project is the mystery thriller Murder Mubarak, directed by Homi Adajania and featuring an ensemble cast including Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, and Dimple Kapadia.
