Malabar Gold & Diamonds, the world’s sixth-largest jewelry retailer, announced plans to open 20 new showrooms in October 2024 as part of its global expansion strategy. The new locations will include three in Uttar Pradesh and two each in Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Rajasthan. Additional showrooms will open in Odisha, Telangana, West Bengal, and Punjab.
Internationally, Malabar Gold & Diamonds will launch new showrooms in Muwaileh, Sharjah; Muaither, Qatar; Nakheel Mall, Saudi Arabia; and various locations in North America.
Chairman M P Ahammed emphasized that the expansion aligns with the company’s vision to become the world’s leading retail jeweler, focusing on sustainable and responsible growth. The new showrooms will feature a diverse range of traditional and contemporary jewelry collections and offer a personalized shopping experience.
Currently, Malabar Gold & Diamonds operates 355 showrooms across 13 countries.
