The collaboration leverages Infosys Topaz, a suite of AI-first services and platforms, combined with Nvidia’s advanced technologies.
The expanded partnership features three key generative AI solutions:
- TOSCA Network Service Design: Utilizes Nvidia’s generative AI to streamline network service design, reducing latency by 28% and improving accuracy by 15%.
- Smart Networking Operating Center: Aids network engineers in troubleshooting with reduced latency by 61% and a 22% boost in accuracy.
- Infosys Cortex: A generative AI-driven platform for contact center transformation, enhancing training through realistic customer simulations.
Infosys Topaz integrates Nvidia NIM inference microservices, NeMo Retriever embedding models, and Riva for real-time AI functionalities. This collaboration aims to improve network operations, customer experiences, and contact center training while ensuring responsible AI deployment.
Infosys EVP Anand Swaminathan highlighted the partnership’s role in advancing enterprise AI capabilities, while Nvidia’s Ronnie Vasishta noted the growing adoption of generative AI in telcos for smarter networks and improved services.
Following the announcement, Infosys shares closed 0.5% lower at ₹1,930.2 apiece.
