Ducati has introduced the Multistrada V4 RS in India, priced at ₹38.4 lakh (ex-showroom). This model is the most advanced and performance-oriented in the Multistrada series, reflecting Ducati’s heritage and its connection to Audi’s ‘RS’ performance line since Audi’s acquisition of Ducati in 2012.
The Multistrada V4 RS features a host of advanced electronics including multiple power and riding modes, cornering ABS, traction and wheelie control, as well as a vehicle hold and radar system. It boasts a 6.5-inch TFT display, full LED lighting, carbon fibre components, and a type-approved Akrapovic muffler.
Equipped with a 48 mm Ohlins USD fork, a fully adjustable Ohlins TTX36 monoshock, and Brembo brakes, the V4 RS delivers 180 hp and 118 Nm of torque from its 1,103 cc V4 engine, paired with a 6-speed gearbox and bi-directional quick-shifter. Weighing 225 kg, it is lighter by 3 kg compared to the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak and features a new Titanium subframe and Marchesini forged Aluminium wheels.
The Multistrada V4 RS competes in the Indian market against models like the BMW S 1000 XR.
