West Bengal’s Halder Group, a longstanding name in the rice and edible oil sector, has unveiled a major rebranding initiative for its edible oil brand, Odaana, as part of its centenary celebrations. The refreshed branding emphasizes purity and quality, aligning with the brand’s commitment to delivering nutritious and high-quality products.
The new Odaana packaging highlights the vowel “O” as a symbol of purity and tradition, incorporating international quality standards with a blend of traditional and modern aesthetics. The redesigned packs now include 450g and 850g bottles and pouches, complementing existing formats.
Keshab Kumar Halder, MD & CEO, emphasized the brand’s expansion into soybean and sunflower oils and its mission to meet the needs of health-conscious consumers. The rollout of the new branding is initially targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in East India, with plans for national expansion.
In addition, Halder Group has introduced a new company logo, reflecting innovation and a forward-thinking approach, marking a shift from its traditional manufacturing roots to a dynamic retail presence.
